Mizoram TET Eligibility Criteria
For Primary School Teacher
- Candidates have to pass 12th Class with a minimum of 50% marks and candidates who had finished or appearing in the Final Year of 2 Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) can also apply. OR
- 12th Class qualified candidates with a minimum of 45% marks and candidates who had finished or appearing in the Final Year of 2 Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as per NCTE regulations can also apply. OR
- 12th Pass with a minimum of 50% marks and candidates who had finished or appearing in the Final Year of 4 Year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) or 2 Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) can also apply. OR
- Candidates who Graduated and candidates who had passed or appearing in the Final Year of 2 Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) can also apply.
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)/ B.Ed. OR
- Post-Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.
For Middle School Teacher
- Candidates who Graduated and candidates who had passed or appearing in the Final Year of 2 Year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) can apply. OR
- Candidates who Graduated with a minimum of 45% marks and candidates who had passed or appearing in the Final Year of 1 Year B.Ed. in accordance with NCTE can apply. OR
- Candidates who Graduated with 50% marks and candidates who had passed or appearing in the Final Year of 1 year Bachelor of Education or 1 year Bachelor in Education (Special Education) can apply. OR
- Candidates who had passed 12th Class with a minimum of 50% marks and candidates who had passed or appearing in the Final Year of 4 Years of B.A/ B.Sc.B.Ed or B.A.B.Ed/ B.Sc.B.Ed. can also apply. OR
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in B.Ed. Special Education
- Post-Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.
Mizoram TET Application Fee
- General – Only for Paper 1 or 2 – Rs.500/-, For both Paper 1&2 – Rs.800/-
- SC/ ST/ Diff. Abled person/ OBC Processing fee – Only for Paper 1 or 2 – Rs.400/-, For both Paper 1&2 – Rs.700/-, Processing Fee – Rs.20/-
