| Chief Executive Officer (CEO-FPO) | For Outside of Bihar: Graduate in agriculture/ agriculture marketing/ agri-business management or BBA or equivalent. For Local Professionals: Graduate in agriculture/ agriculture marketing/ agri-business management or BBA or equivalent or 10+2 and Diploma in agriculture/ agriculture marketing/ agri-business management or other related areas For Members of SHG or Family members of SHG: 10+2 and Diploma in agriculture/ agriculture marketing/ agri-business management or other related areas. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience of working for farmers at grass root-level. |
