English Shorthand at a speed of 80 wpm and transcription at a speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8% and Hindi Shorthand at 3 speed of 64 wpm and transcription at speed of 15 words per minute and mistakes should not exceed 8%. Should pass State Eligibility Test in Computer Application per as Instructions issued by Chief Secretary to Govt of Haryana vide letter No. 42/164/2008-3GS-ll dated 11.10.2024 and as amended from time to time. |
