Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed, constructive, and accurate feedback on the product's functionality, usability, and design.
• Identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement in the products.
• Participate in online surveys or group discussions related to the products being tested.
• Submit thorough reports with suggestions for product enhancements.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for all tested products.
• Complete product tests within given deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide detailed and actionable feedback.
• Basic proficiency in digital tools such as email, Microsoft Office, or Google Docs.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.
• Ability to follow specific instructions carefully.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to evaluate product quality from multiple perspectives.

Experience

• Previous experience in product testing or similar roles is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Amazon products or shopping on Amazon is a plus.
• Previous work-from-home experience is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours, allowing you to set your own schedule.

• Product tests may require varying amounts of time, with an average commitment of 10-20 hours per week.
